Here is how exchanges and refunds work at Toucan
Online orders and in-store purchases each follow the guidelines below.

You may request an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unworn and unwashed, with the original Toucan ticket still attached.
Items without the Toucan ticket, and/or requests submitted after 14 days, are not eligible for any post-purchase action.
If you've simply changed your mind, please leave the item unworn with its ticket attached and submit your request.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of your request, and once we receive the item back from the courier and confirm it's in good condition, we transfer your refund directly via InstaPay.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for covering all shipping fees related to approved exchange or refund requests.
Returns and exchanges: shipping fees are shown below.
If the item has a defect, is the wrong item, or the wrong size, we cover the shipping cost in full, and offer a free exchange or a full refund, whichever you prefer, within 14 days of delivery.
If a defect appears after some wear, we offer a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery to resolve the issue.
All online orders may also be exchanged or refunded at any Toucan store.

Please bring your receipt (or the digital copy) ,
with the item unworn and its original Toucan ticket attached.
The same 14-day window applies from your purchase date.
We offer a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase for factory defects.
Items purchased in-store can only be returned in-store.
Online orders, however,
are always welcome for exchange or refund at any of our store locations.
