We process orders in 2–5 business days. As soon as it’s ready to ship, the courier will contact you with delivery details.

If your order hasn’t left our warehouse yet, we can cancel it right away. If it’s already with the courier, just let them know you won’t accept the delivery when they contact you.

Eligibility
If the courier is still at your address (before they leave), we can accept a return/refund on the spot. Hand the parcel back immediately and inform the courier you’re refusing the delivery.

Refund method
Online payments: refunded to the original payment method.
Cash on Delivery (COD): refunded via bank transfer.

Important: No partial returns
You cannot return part of an order and keep the rest.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in good condition.
Size exchange only, and subject to stock availability.

Fees
Customer pays exchange shipping, unless the item is defective—then we cover it.

How to request
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we’ll arrange the size swap if the item is in stock.

Yes. You can try it on when your order arrives. If the size (or anything else) isn’t right, hand it back to the courier for a return—you’ll only pay the delivery fee. Please keep the item in original condition (clean, unaltered, with tags/packaging).
